this is a good article. I learned this when our neighbor Mindy died of breast cancer which had already metastasized when they found it. On top of having this disease, she beat herself up because if she had eaten better, or she was nicer or whatever. she had an awful disease and to feel a failure on top of it seemed too much pain to add.
